The optic uses a fixed 3× prism optical system that provides a clear sight picture while maintaining a compact footprint. The etched reticle remains visible without battery power, allowing the optic to function even when illumination is disabled or the battery is depleted.
Illumination is powered by a CR2032 battery and provides 13 brightness settings with additional night-vision compatible levels.
