Black Bayou Armory is a wonderful neighbor hood gun shop. the have a nice selection of ammo, parts, guns, and they have top notch gun smiths. i have used them for fixing a modified shotgun to mounting scopes and most recently Nick showed me how to install some aftermarket parts that i thought i had ordered wrong. He took the time to show and explain what i needed to do to make adjustments. I can't say enough good thing about Black Bayou.

Came in with a scope issue. They stopped what they were doing and diagnosed/fixed it on the spot. Can't guarantee that your visit will be the same, but I can guarantee that you won't be fed a bunch of BS. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I dropped my rifle off to have a firing pin issue looked at and Mrs. Danielle and Mr. Nick were very quick to stop what they were doing to help me. I left it with them for the day and when arriving to pick up the rifle, Mr. Nick made sure I had all the correct knowledge from the manufacture tech he had spoken too. Before I left he also noticed something on my rifle that was installed incorrectly by another shop, and took the time to fix it before I left when he had a busy store that afternoon. I cannot recommend this family and small business enough. These people are the real deal and truly care about their customers.

Nick and Danielle are some amazing people and the rest of the team reflects their passion for customers. If you need it, they more than likely have it in house or can get it really fast. Don’t get ripped off at big box stores when the perfect shop is right here in Benton.

(Laser engraving)..Wow, I was really impressed after dropping off a pocket knife that was a gift to me to have a little engraving done. I gave Nick and his wife Danielle an idea of what I would like and they took it over the top..I was really impressed, not only did they prove they had the skill but also a eye as a artist as well.. I feel they took a simple pocket knife and made it an heirloom.. something I can pass down.. what a excellent job they did.
