This fee covers the administrative services required for the preparation and submission of National Firearms Act (NFA) applications for regulated items. Services include in-store fingerprinting, completion and review of required forms, and submission support to ensure compliance with current ATF requirements.
This fee includes processing for up to two responsible persons listed on a trust. Each additional responsible person is subject to a $20 processing fee. This charge applies per NFA application and is separate from the cost of the NFA item and any applicable federal tax stamp.
