The Chaos Gear Supply Helios QD is a purpose-built 5.56 suppressor engineered for rugged use and unmatched repeatability. Constructed from Direct Metal Laser Sintered 718 Inconel, the Helios QD is rated for full-auto fire, has no minimum barrel length restriction, and is built to endure the harshest firing schedules.
The suppressor includes a taper-lock QD mounting system to eliminate carbon lock and enable secure, tool-free attachment. Inside, the Varying Core Diameter geometry minimizes gas blowback, reduces flash, and preserves shooter visibility. Users can configure the Helios with included front caps (vented and sealed) and a variety of rear mount adapters for maximum platform flexibility.
Finished in black and designed with a 1.75″ diameter, this suppressor adds 6.5″ to the bare muzzle and weighs approximately 19 oz. It’s rated up to .300 Norma Magnum, giving it incredible versatility well beyond standard 5.56 platforms.
