Key Features

• 4.5-14x magnification (3.11111x zoom range) with a 40mm objective
• Second focal plane reticle: stays the same size and easy to see as you zoom
• CDS-ZL elevation dial with a locking dial to prevent accidental adjustments
• Easy rezero after sighting in
• Waterproof and fogproof, backed by Leupold’s lifetime guarantee

Boone & Crockett Reticle

The Boone & Crockett reticle was designed with the Boone & Crockett Club. Depending on your ammunition it works with a 200 or 300 yard zero and gives aiming points out to 500 or 600 yards, with longer marks for 10 mph wind holds. It is not caliber specific. See the reticle diagram in the product photos.

FAQ

What size scope rings does this scope need?

It has a 1″ main tube, so you need 1″ rings. A good match is the Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot 1″ Medium Rings, or browse all scope rings.

What does second focal plane (SFP) mean?

The reticle sits behind the magnification lenses, so it stays the same size as you zoom. It stays bold and easy to see at low power, which is why most hunting scopes use it.
